Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the websites and games operated under the nolcap.com domain and subdomains, and to our mobile applications including (without limitation) mainyoo, taxevader, and other titles we publish (collectively, "the Services").
1. Information we collect
Our Services do not require an account and we do not collect personal information that directly identifies you (such as your name, email, or phone number).
Gameplay data such as progress, high scores, coins, and settings is stored locally on your device or browser. We do collect limited, non-identifying usage analytics and (in some apps) serve ads — see the sections below. Some games fetch non-personal content (e.g. daily events) via API.
2. Analytics
To understand how our games are used and improve them, we collect limited, non-identifying usage analytics, such as: page/screen views, session start/end and duration, in-game actions (e.g. items bought, choices made), and technical metadata (device type, browser, and referring source).
Our web servers may also automatically log your IP address and user-agent for security, abuse prevention, and aggregate statistics, as is standard for web hosting. We do not use this data to build personal profiles, and we do not link it to your identity. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be shown publicly (e.g. total players).
3. Advertising (mobile apps)
Some of our mobile apps are free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To provide and personalize ads, Google and its partners may collect and use certain data, including device identifiers (such as the advertising ID), approximate location, IP address, and app interaction data.

4. Consent (EEA / UK)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we use a Google-certified consent mechanism (Google User Messaging Platform) to ask for your consent before serving personalized ads. You may grant or decline consent, and can change your choice later in the app. Where you decline, ads are served on a non-personalized basis.
5. Children
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Where an app is designated as directed to children, ads are configured as non-personalized accordingly. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers that help us operate:
- Google AdMob (advertising) — Google Privacy Policy.
- Hosting / CDN providers that serve our websites and apps.
7. International data transfers
Our servers and service providers may be located outside your country. Where data is transferred internationally, it is handled under the respective providers' safeguards and policies.
8. Your privacy rights
EEA / UK (GDPR): you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to object to processing, and to data portability. Our legal bases are your consent (for personalized ads) and our legitimate interests (basic analytics, security, and serving the app).
California (CCPA/CPRA): we do not sell or share personal information as defined by California law. You have the right to know, delete, and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

9. Data retention & security
Local game data remains on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear browser data. Server logs and analytics are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above and are then deleted or aggregated. We apply reasonable technical measures (including HTTPS encryption in transit) to protect data.
10. Your choices & data deletion
You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad tracking through your device settings, and clear local game data by uninstalling the app or clearing your browser data. For more, see our Data Deletion page or email us.

We may update this policy; changes are posted on this page with a new date.
